RETURN POLICY
Though we don't offer refunds on opened or used products, you can return any product(s) within 30 days of your purchase in exchange for a store credit to use the next time you shop with us. We have many products to choose from, so if something is not a fit, we encourage you to try another product.
You may return most new, unopened items within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Sorry, makeup items cannot be returned. Please choose carefully.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us at skinspa@live.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Carefully package your returned products. Be sure to include:
-Receipt (original or copy) - required
-Preferred email address
-Reason for your return (we appreciate feedback)

NOTE: When we receive your item(s), we will email you with a gift card in the amount of the product's value. Shipping is not included in return credits. Items returned over 45 days after purchase are ineligible for store credit, and will not be re-shipped to the customer. Please allow 5-10 days for returns.
